1. Introduction
By playing at FiDi Tennis LLC/Hudson River Tennis Club ("HRTC"), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the club's facilities and services.
2. Player Responsibilities
- Players must adhere to all club rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
- Players are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with the club’s House Rules and Guest Policy.
- Any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of club policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
3. Use of Club Facilities
- Players have access to all club facilities during normal operating hours, except when reserved for maintenance or special events.
- Court reservations must be made through HRTC’s official booking system. Players are expected to adhere to the booking guidelines and cancellation policies.
- HRTC reserves the right to limit access to certain facilities or introduce additional rules as necessary.
4. Security Protocol
- Security Protocol Players must not give or lend their access card or access pass to unauthorized individuals.
- If a player loses their access card or access pass, they must immediately report it to club management.
- Players must include the names of their guests in their court reservations, as security needs to verify all individuals entering the premises.
- HRTC reserves the right to revoke access privileges for any violations of this security policy.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- Fidi Tennis LLC/HRTC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs within the club premises or during any club-sponsored activities, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
- Players and guests assume full responsibility for their use of HRTC facilities, understanding and accepting the inherent risks involved in racquet sports and related activities.
- HRTC strongly advises players to seek medical clearance before engaging in physical activities and to carry personal insurance coverage.
- By using HRTC facilities, players waive any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against HRTC arising from their participation in club activities.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- HRTC collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed [here].
- By becoming a player, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for player administration and club-related communications.
9. Dispute Resolution
- HRTC encourages players to resolve disputes amicably. Should conflicts arise, players may contact club management for mediation.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved internally shall be subject to the applicable laws governing player’s agreements.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- HRTC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Players will be notified of any significant changes via email or official club communication channels.
By booking courts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
