Noah Rubin is a former professional tennis player and founder of the acclaimed mental health platform Behind The Racquet. Ranked among the top five in the world from age 12, he won the JR WImbledon Championships along with the USTA Boys’ 18s National Championships in 2014.
As the nation’s top recruit, Noah played one standout season at Wake Forest University, nearly winning the NCAA singles title and becoming the first to earn both ACC Player and Freshman of the Year honors.
He turned pro in 2015, capturing four ATP Challenger titles. In 2018, he reached a career-high ranking of No. 125, also including his first top ten win over John Isner, marked by the now-iconic “shoe break.”
Motivated to highlight the realities of life on tour, Noah launched Behind The Racquet, a platform giving athletes a voice for their mental health struggles. His work has received wide recognition, including including being named one of the 20 most influential people in tennis by L'Équipe, and features on CBS Sunday Morning, Sports Illustrated, The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, and more.
Today, he continues to contribute to the sport through coaching and growing the tennis community in New York.
